The ideal profile
Suited to mature skin over 40 with visible signs of aging in multiple zones at once, fine lines, jawline descent, neglected neck and décolletage. The ideal pick for clients 45+ before a big event (wedding, anniversary), because it covers the most zones in one session. Works on normal, combination, and mature skin that tolerates actives. A typical profile: a 48-year-old who notices her makeup "sinking" into pores by midday, and her neck and décolletage already show the first horizontal lines, for her the combo of Diamond Glow mask and zonal décolletage care delivers the most balanced result in a single session. Another profile: a 52-year-old in perimenopause visibly losing cheek density, the peptides here support fibroblasts and slow the process. For very dry skin over 55 we often pair it with the Deep Hydrating Collagen Therapy in a course. For pronounced expression lines and no other issue, the 3D Therapy is a better, more focused match.
When to postpone
We do not perform the therapy during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on open wounds, active infections, or active skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis in flare-up). Allergy to botulinum-mimetic peptides, yes. After laser, microneedling, or a deep peel, wait 14 days. After injectable botox or filler, 14 days, so the dermal filler dose is not disrupted by the stimulation. Active viral infection (flu, COVID), wait for full recovery. Fresh sunburn or active photosensitivity, wait at least 14 days. Chronic topical steroid use on the face thins the skin and is also a reason to consult a doctor first. During chemo- or radiation therapy, only with the treating doctor's approval. Active rosacea, we switch to our dedicated protocol. If you are on isotretinoin or stopped less than 6 months ago, wait, the barrier is thinned and actives can irritate. Immunodeficiency, active oncology treatment, or recent radiation, check with the treating doctor before booking. Before the first session arrive without makeup and bring a list of your home actives (products, concentrations); it saves time on diagnostics.
Expectations and plan
A single session gives visible lifting and glow for 2-3 weeks. A course of 4-6 sessions every 14 days delivers up to 3 months of effect. This is an "event therapy", for a photoshoot, wedding, or anniversary you book 2-3 days ahead, because that is when the effect peaks. Do not expect a miracle from a single session, real rejuvenation comes with a course. It does not replace injectable botox or dermal filler for deep folds or significant tissue descent; for those cases see a specialist. Also useful as seasonal maintenance twice a year (autumn and spring) for mature skin that wants to "stay fresh" without going down the injectable route. After the first session expect a fresh, radiant look for 2-3 weeks; after the third, a visibly tighter contour and softened expression lines; after the full course, stably a younger look with results up to 3 months. Home-care maintenance (peptide serum, SPF50, oral collagen) is critical. A shorter interval between sessions brings no extra benefit. Read how it works in the cabin and the aftercare plan. Is it for you? Self-assessment
Before booking Intensive Anti-Aging Lift Therapy, run through this short list. If you answer yes to at least 3 of 5, your chances of a real result are high. First: do you have at least one of the concerns this therapy specifically addresses (see the Ideal Profile section)? Second: does your skin tolerate active ingredients at home (retinol, acids, vitamin C) without a significant reaction? Third: do you have a daily routine in place with cleansing, serum, cream, and SPF50? Without that last one, the therapy will lose part of its effect. Fourth: can you commit to a course of at least 4 sessions over 6-8 weeks? A single session gives an initial effect, but real change comes from accumulation. Fifth: are you ready to add or maintain home care with the recommended products for at least 4 weeks after each session? If the answer is yes to most, book. If yes to 1-2, book a consultation first; we will recommend a better start or discuss how to prep the skin for this therapy. If no to most, there is a more suitable protocol for you, and at the consultation we will find it together. For the in-cabin walkthrough see the procedure article.
Who gets the best results
From our practice, three client profiles get the strongest result from Intensive Anti-Aging Lift Therapy. First: a woman aged 32-40 with early aging signs and an active home routine, for her, the cumulative course effect is most visible because the skin already works with actives and takes professional signals better. Second: a 40-50 year-old who has not had professional therapies before but has healthy, well-maintained skin, for her the first session often delivers a surprisingly strong effect because there is no built-up resistance. Third: a client over 50 with specific concerns (loss of density, uneven tone, fine lines), for her we work in a long course and pair with other protocols; the accumulated improvement over 3-4 months is significant. Who does not get the strongest result: women who try a single session just to test without home follow-up, or clients with a very thin barrier from aggressive home actives, for those we first restore, then stimulate. If you recognise yourself in the first three profiles, your chances of a real result are very high. If you recognise yourself in the fourth, say so at the consultation and we will start with a gentler protocol that prepares the skin for sharper sessions later. For the full candidate profile see the who-it-is-for article.
What we do not promise
Honestly, Intensive Anti-Aging Lift Therapy will not do everything. It will not remove deep structural wrinkles, those need a dermal filler or a surgical approach. It will not clear persistent dermal pigmentation (chloasma, melasma), those need specialised medical care and often a combination of mesotherapy and medication. It will not erase acne scars, for those we work in a course with collagen-stimulating protocols over months. It will not prevent future aging or stop time, it works with the current state of your skin, not your genetics. It will not deliver a result that holds for 6 months from a single session, without maintenance, the effect fades gradually. What it does is real and measurable: improved texture, plumper and brighter skin, visibly evened tone, softened fine lines, and a younger-looking contour for a defined period. We find it more important to describe exactly what you will get than to over-promise and disappoint. If you have goals that do not fit this therapy, we will tell you at the consultation and direct you to the protocol with the best chance of delivering what you are looking for. A comparative overview of all our protocols is in the catalog.
