1. Who is selling

2. Acceptance

By using the site and placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

The terms apply as published at the moment of the order. A later change does not affect an order already placed.

3. Prices

• All prices are in euro and include 20% VAT. Nothing is added at checkout except delivery, where delivery is due.
• Home-care prices are visible to every visitor.
• Prices on the professional home-care range are visible to accounts our team has granted professional access.
• Prices of products for professional use only are visible with professional or partner access. Wholesale prices on the professional range are visible with partner access alone.
• Trade access is for shops, online shops, pharmacies, drugstores and organic shops. The prices it shows are visible in the account once it is approved.
• We may change prices. The price shown when the order is placed is the price that applies.
• Images are illustrative. Descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

4. Ordering

• Orders are placed through the site. A customer may order home-care products without registering.
• An order is accepted once it is confirmed by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, including in the case of an obvious pricing error or a product being out of stock.
• If we cancel, we refund within 14 days.

Pre-orders. Some products are offered for pre-order before they are in stock. For these, the product page, the basket and the order confirmation state the date by which they will be delivered. An order that holds such a product is dispatched whole when it arrives.

You may cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. If you have paid, we refund within 14 days. If the products are delayed, we tell you at once, with the new date and the option to cancel the order. Your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods is unaffected.

5. Payment

• Bank transfer against an invoice. We send the invoice with the payment details.
• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier at the door.
• We do not take card payments on the site.
• An invoice is issued for every order.

6. Delivery

We deliver with Speedy within Bulgaria.

The free-delivery threshold is measured on the value of the goods, before any bonus points are spent.

Times run from the confirmation of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Pre-order products are delivered by the date given with the order (section 4).

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (art. 50 ZZP, Directive 2011/83/EU).

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (art. 57(5) ZZP, art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). For cosmetics, that is a product whose hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.

To withdraw, fill in the withdrawal form on the site, or tell us by an unequivocal statement at info@onecosmetix.com, on +359 89 791 1251 or by post. You may use the model withdrawal form (Annex 6 to the ZZP, in "Returns and complaints"), but you do not have to. A withdrawal sent through the form is confirmed to your e-mail, with its date and time. Withdraw from contract here

You send the products back no later than 14 days after the day you told us of your withdrawal; the deadline is met if you send them before it ends. The direct cost of returning them is yours. You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (art. 55 ZZP).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders invoiced to a company, which includes every order from a business account: those are not consumer contracts.

8. Bonus points

Every account, customer and business alike, earns bonus points on the value of every paid order. How many points each euro earns depends on the account's price level: it is shown in the account and before every order is confirmed, and the points an order brings are stated in its confirmation. One point is worth €0.02 off a later order.

• Points are spent on a later order, up to 20% of the value of its goods.
• Points last 3 months from the day they are credited.
• The points an order earns are never available to that same order.
• Points have no cash value and are not paid out.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this site are protected by copyright. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages under Bulgarian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit.

Cosmetic products are to be used as directed on the packaging. The professional range is intended for use by specialists.

11. Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent Bulgarian court.

A consumer may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
