Delivery and payment

How an order reaches you and how it is paid for. The same terms apply to customers and to partners.

1. Courier and options

We deliver with Speedy within Bulgaria.

The threshold is measured on the value of the goods, before any bonus points are spent. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the order.

Products in stock are dispatched within one working day.
Pre-order products are delivered by the date given on their page and in the order confirmation. The order goes out whole when they arrive.
Delivery within Bulgaria usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
Times run from the confirmation of the order, not from placing it.

Bank transfer: We send an invoice with the payment details. The parcel goes out once the payment arrives.
Cash on delivery: You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.

We do not take card payments on the site. An invoice is issued for every order.

Once the parcel is dispatched you get an email with its tracking number, which follows it on the courier's site.
