Withdraw from a contract

As a consumer you may withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Good to know

The period: 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you. The form works for the whole period, with or without an account.
When it does not apply: To sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons: for cosmetics, a product whose hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. And to orders invoiced to a company.
What happens next: The confirmation reaches your inbox at once, with the date and time of the withdrawal. Then we write to you about returning the products: you send them within 14 days of your withdrawal, and we refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving it.
