Bether argan oil is an active carrier oil obtained by mechanical cold pressing of the kernels of Argania spinosa, the tree that grows almost exclusively in south-western Morocco. The oil is organic and deodorised, pale yellow to golden, with a light, near-neutral aroma. Unlike neutral carriers, argan oil contributes in its own right: it is rich in vitamin E, oleic and linoleic acid and rare sterols. It works both on its own and as a carrier that spreads essential oils while caring for the skin.
