The aroma is bright and citrusy, with a fruity sweetness and a light green edge, very close to the fresh fruit itself. Cold pressing preserves the full aromatic profile of the peel, including compounds that distillation loses. The oil is at natural concentration and is used diluted in cosmetic formulas or to scent a room.

01How do I use Lemon Essential Oil and what is the correct dosage?
For massage oil: 1 to 5 drops in 20 ml carrier oil. In cosmetics: up to 0.15% for leave-on and up to 1.0% for rinse-off products. In a diffuser: 1 to 5 drops depending on tank size. Important: cold-pressed lemon oil is photosensitising, avoid direct sunlight for at least 12 hours after application.
